Almagro has won all 3 of their previous matches. Their last one was in April 2013. He won in 3 sets on clay.
Goffin hasn’t lost a set yet. He can lift his game to another level sometimes as we saw against Berdych in Rome.
Almagro has shown us glimpses of his old top 10 form this year but has been inconsistent. He had an unexpectedly easy win over Kohlschreiber in the first round and a routine win over Vesely in the second round.
This can go either way. It will be 4 or 5 sets and should be entertaining. The value is on Almagro. My gut feeling says Goffin wins in the end.
Goffin starts around 1.50. Lay him if he breaks early.
