ATP Wimbledon, 4th round: Raonic v A Zverev (3:30pm)

Zverev won their only previous meeting. . That was in May this year in Rome. He won in straight sets on clay.

We have slightly better results for Zverev this season. He has also performed better on grass. Zverev has not lost a set so far. His serve was very solid in the first 2 rounds but he came under a little more pressure from Offner in the third round. He faced 7 break points and was broken 3 times.

Zverev’s return of serve is the key to the match

Only 1 of Raonic’s 10 sets in this tournament was not tight. He has had 4 tie breaks and two 7-5 sets. He lost in the final last year.

This should go to 4 or 5 sets. Value is on Zverev as underdog. He will have to return at his very best while at the same time taking care of his own service games but if he can get the return of serve in court he is the favourite in long rallies.

Backing servers is a decent option also.
