Murray v Tsonga
Murray dominated Roddick in their semi final. Especially in the second set Murray seemed to have so much time to play his shots and made Roddick look very ordinary. He said afterwards thaat he may never play that well again.
Tsonga knocked out Nadal in the quarter finals which allegedly prompted the Spaniard to call the tournament Director to apologise. James Ward’s excellent tournament was also ended by Tsonga. Tsonga won in straight sets although ward had his chances in the second set.
Murray leads the head to heads 4-2 and has won their last 3 matches for the loss of just 1 set.
Tsonga has been serving very well but then so was Roddick. Murray is unlikely to play at the same exceptional level in the final as he did on Friday and will have more of a battle on his hands than he had against the American but I can see only one winner.
Half stake on Murray from the start and I will look to add the rest if Murray trades higher which is very likely early in the first set.
