Svitolina 4-2. Most recent Feb 2026, hard, Svitolina in 3. She won on hard in March 2025, 2 sets. She won indoors in 2019, Bencic retired in set 3. Svitolina won on hard in 2019, 2 sets. Bencic won on hard in Feb 2019, 3rd set tie break. 3 sets win on clay in 2014, 3 sets. Clay win %’s slightly favour Svitolina.

Svitolina reached the Quarter final last year. She needed a 3rd set tie break against Bondar in the/e 1st round. 2 sets win in the 2nd round. 2 sets win over Korpatsch in the 3rd round.

Svitolina went 15-40 behind. Her price was 1.61. She was broken to 30. Her price reached 1.68. Often, if my favoured player gets broken but their price doesn’t quite reach my target price, I will still back them but use a reduced stake. In this case, we were miles away from my minimum entry price of 2.10. I waited for a better price.

Svitolina faced a break point at 30-40. Her price reached 2.08. Still not quite at my minimum target price. As I already had a small back on her, I waited for the break. She was broken to 30. I added to my back of Svitolina at 2.40.

Bencic was broken to 0. I removed liability at 2.00. I left the green on Svitolina.

Bencic served for the set. She faced a break point at 30-40. I hedged evenly at 1.63 on Svitolina. Bencic saved the break point and would save another before holding to take the set.
