Overall results favour Brady in the last year and also in 2020. Her hard court results in the last 12 months are also stronger. She has a much higher ROI.

Brady has been very comfortable in both her matches. Heather Watson and Magda Linette were both quite disappointing. Brady has only been broken once this week. She reached the semis in Dubai in Feb as a qualifier. She also made the q finals in Brisbane as qualifier.

Bouzkova beat Joanna Konta in the first round as underdog. She easily beat Blinkova in the last round. She has only been broken once in each round. She reached the final in Monterrey in March.

I think this could be close but I have to favour Brady. Back her around 1.90 to 2.00. Lay the set 1 winner.

 

Second round.

Bellis (2.02) v Pegula (1.96)

Pegula won their only previous meeting. That was in Auckland in January this year. She won on a hard court in straight sets.

Long term overall results favour Bellis but Pegula has better results in 2020. Hard court results favour Pegula.

Bellis had an easy win in the last round over Di Lorenzo. She lost just 3 games. She reached the third round at the Australian Open in January. Her only decent hard court results in 2019 was a third round at the Houston Challenger in November.

Pegula beat Zvonareva in 3 sets in the last round. Her serve came under a fair amount of pressure and she faced 14 break points. She was broken 4 times. Last season she reached the final in Auckland where she lost to Serena in straight sets. She also made the quarter finals in two WTA Challenger tournaments.

I will have part stake on Pegula at 2.00 and add to it around 2.30.
