Tuesday 10th July

Liquidity actually wasn’t too bad yesterday even on a lot of the non televised games. Could be a good week 😉

Chardy looks a decent price at 1.71 against Reister. Reister is on home soil and plays his best tennis on clay. Chardy will need to be on his game but if he wants to win  this it’s in his hands.

Haas loves playing in Germany and even on clay I expect him to be too strong for Andreev. Not totally convinced that Andreev is 100% fit although he has come through the qualifying rounds ok. I’d prefer a little higher price than 1.51 but I’ll be putting a part stake on at the start and hoping for 1.70 to top up.

Starace has retired from his last 2 matches. Today he starts at 1.25 against Klec who is much lower ranked at 382 but who has come through qualification. I’d say its worth a small speculative lay at that price.

Goffin has been one of the recent form players. Today he’s in America to take on Becker. Goffin is slight favourite despite the fact that Becker is on his favourite surface. Becker has become a one trick pony and relies on his serve to get him through. If that serve is off today or if Goffin quickly manages to read it then the young Belgian has a great chance.
